The 82S191A/BJA is a field programmable 16-bit TTL bipolar PROM, which means that custom patterns are immediately available by following the philips generaic I fusing procedure. The device is supplied with all outputs at a logical low. Outputs are programmed to a logic high level at any specified address by fusing the Ni-Cr link matrix. The applicaitons of the 82S191A/BJA are sequential controllers, microprograming, hardwired algorithms, control store, random logic and code conversion.
